Not going to lie, didn’t see that one coming. 10-2 is still alive!

Targeting penalty was a good call. One of the only good calls of the day. That said, enjoyable game. When the line gives glass Phil time, they are a decent offense. And the D played decent. Even out the bad turnovers and penalty discrepancy and that is a blowout.

All of that said, they are horrifically sloppy. It is tough to watch at times.

Glad to get the win.

Anyway... Apparently after the ACCN called it a day on our game, the ACC reviewed the final play and determined Jurk took a knee with :01 left in this game. Louisville had a final play and a pass that was intercepted by Kam Arnold I believe.

Anyway, I find this interesting because BC managed the clock at the end of the game absolutely horribly. Imagine if we took a knee with :01 while Lville was in FG range? Careless.

I am particularly disturbed by the 1st and goal from the 10 where BC snapped the ball with something like 20 or 21 seconds left on the play clock with the game clock rolling. They followed that up with an insanely terrible delay of game on 2nd and goal. And on 3rd down they threw to Spencer Witter down the sideline where he went out of bounds at something like 2:01 and luckily that kept the game clock rolling. Then you have the :02 snap on 4th down that we didn't burn 2 seconds on.

We were lucky to win this game with the negligence displayed.

Surprised that the team won. Zay came to play, Garwo and Broome had some great moments. WTF with the inexplicable turnovers though...
You what?

In addition to the targeting being a good call, whoever for L'Ville let the kid back on the field after one play should be fired.

For the record, as limited as he is, as shown on the TD that was called back, DePalma played very well today.

I find it amazing that not one of the "journalists" asked him about fucking the clock up at the end and giving the ball back to Louisville.

You are assuming that they were in person to know that last play happened. They were at home watching ACCN like the rest of us. They had no clue that the final play happened.

I watched a bunch of ACC football games yesterday. What I didn't appreciate coming into the season was that Shinkovec would be a bottom half QB in the ACC. Maybe it was the gaslighting from Junk Watch... he simply would not start at most ACC programs. I guess I was just so happy with Grosel's graduation and didn't fully understand the possibility that Jurk's first season was the result of having an NFL TE and WR (as BC hasn't produced that since Pete Mitchell and Kelvin Martin). Nonetheless, it's understandable why Cignetti would jump ship and why Haf would be defeated knowing he's stuck riding this thing out.

McNulty > Cignetti.

At least McNuts tries to make adjustments as opposed to that fucking prick Cignetti who would keep the same game plan week after week and never change during the game regardless of whether or not it was working.

Considering the way the first 4 games went, I thought it was a good win.
