If he can help this team win 8-9 ACC games, then it's worth playing him.
Second Round Skinner {l Wrote}:You guys want to sacrifice the 2nd half of his senior so that he can play in this piece of shit season? Playing him this year shouldn't even be an option.

has nothing to do with "half a season" ..

Here's where 8 or 9 ACC wins puts you.
NIT

If BC wins 9 more ACC games, they're not going to the NIT. Don't be ridiculous.

If BC wins 9 ACC games, they will get into the tournament. There is no debate here.
Think about it before you argue this.
18 wins, 9-7 in ACC, with presumably at least a few wins vs top 15 teams. It's a no brainer.
Argue this and you lose all your credibility.

9-7 with only 18 total wins - BC gets left out because of the OOC performance.

Won't he be ineligible the 2nd semester of his last season if he plays right now? Am i missing something?

yes, most likley. yet for some strange reason the coaching staff still has not come out definitively on this. last nite during the post game show assistant coach Mo Cassera was asked again about the prospects of Heslip playing this year, and his response wasn't "yes" or "no", rather "we're gonna wait and see".
strange that they won't just come out and say either way.
TobaccoRoadEagle {l Wrote}:has anyone ever definitively answered the question of whether he CAN play or not?
