BC bye week

I am (fairly) confident that the Eagles will avoid another loss this week.

Any coaches we can bring in as an analyst to fix our defense?
it's the trendy thing to do in college football right now.
FSU just did the same thing and it helped them considerably.

Who's unemployed, realistic, and would be a good coach to come in?

Ash? Seriously?
I like to think to we could hire someone better. His Rutgers teams gave up a shitload of points.

Out of all the former Rutgres HCs and Ohio St. DCs, I'm shocked that Ash was the one HJS mentioned first.

It would certainly be harder to hire Gregorio di Schiano if he comes in and saves Dazoo's job.

If BC was 6-0, this would have me freaked out.

Are we sure that it wasn’t a Chris Lindstrom sighting causing confusion? He was on campus.

One of our deepest positions. Hope, it’s not Alec lindstrom though. He’s been the best lineman this year by far imho..

He has one more yard than Darius Wade. Looks like Bowling Green may get their first FBS win going to their second string.

If Daz is going to make any changes with defensive assistants, you would think he would do it soon.

Lamot dumping on Daz’s youth excuse was interesting.

If he was smart, he would do it today. Someone said BC won't fire a coach midseason so who knows if it is even possible.
that said, Daz has shown over the years that he is a cockroach who finds a way to survive so I'm sure he will be pulling out all the stops.

In any event, Daz has made no changes. Maybe he is of the opinion that it is a talent (lack thereof) issue?

The coaching staff better be implementing some changes. Gonna be fucking pissed off if the next 2 games are more of the same shit on defense.

it's been the same shit all year, why would the final two games be any different?

absolutely zero pressure on the qb (saw a stat that we are 123rd in fbs at pressuring qb when we don't send a blitz) and hope for a turnover. sometimes we get it (vt, ncst, etc) and sometimes we set records (clemson, louisville, etc)

My thinking was that with his back against the wall changes will be made. Then again, maybe his back against the wall, maybe he’s safe I don’t think anyone but people inside the program or close to MJ truly knows.

The DL performance has been awful I agree which prob have ramifications toward the backend.

I always thought when the world ends the only people left standing will be Seven Win Steve and the cockroaches but I’m starting to doubt this theory. He’s always found a way to pull it ass out of at the end year but I’m not sure he’s gonna be able to do that this time.
