This is where I think HCRD faces the biggest risk. National players like the Bosas were going to OSU to play for a legend. HCRD doesn't yet have that cache. Whether or not he is a good coach, is almost secondary to the ability to land the pay-for-play types. Given that he has no history or reputation to engender goodwill, I think he will always be at risk given the mouth-breathers with unrealistic expectations who follow that program.
