It makes all the sense in the world. Pretty close academically and BC can finally build that wall around LA.

MilitantEagle {l Wrote}:I am not a fan of New Orleans. I don’t like the idea of being on the receiving end of the knockout game (this happened to a friend in the middle of the day).
As has been mentioned before, here is what you do with the four games:
1. P5/BYU
2. Military academy
3. UMass/UConn at Gillette or Fenway (essentially another home game)
4. FCS

Aside from that, I'm just not a fan of the city. But feel free to go and knock yourself out.

The shit is dirty. And Bourbon St. is like Faneuil Hall, Las Vegas and Baltimore all mixed together. Not my scene.

hating vegas also doesn't make sense to me.
we'll have to agree to disagree.
ballmer is a shit hole though, no one will disagree with you there
flyingelvii {l Wrote}:Bourbon Street is filthy but fun and the rest of the New Orleans you actually want to go to, Magazine Street for instance, is relatively clean and amazing.

Plus, Quincy Market only sucks if you are a native.
Headed to New Orleans in a few months. Going to try to hit all of the place Militant hates.

2018 Schedule:
9/1 - UMass
9/8 - Holy Cross
9/22- @ Purdue
9/29 - Temple
ACC Home: Clemson, Louisville, Syracuse, Miami
ACC Road: FSU, NCST, Wake, VT
I'd expect the ACC to protect Miami or Clemson from a cold weather game in Boston. Would expect one of them to be the 9/15 game. Otherwise, it's a favorable OOC schedule and nice having the cupcakes early to iron out the kinks before the heart of the ACC schedule.

Wasn't Matty Ice's last home game against Miami?

Yes. Coldest BC game to which I've ever been. Miami's whole team quit as hard that day as any team has ever quit in the history of quitting

6-6?
If you sweep the OOC slate (only 1 real game)
Lose to Clemson and Miami, split the other 2 at hom.
Beat Wake.
Steal one more for 7-5?

There was a night game at home vs VTech in the past decade when Herbstreit went nuts on the VT players that was pretty bad too.
