on this, that program deserves to be nuked, burned to the ground and then salted

If this was a blue-blood program, it would be the leading sports story for days, maybe even weeks. But the truth about Baylor is that they were a doormat for decades and their fans have now vanished as quickly as they appeared five years ago.

I think just the opposite. If this was Michigan or OSU, it would be buried with a casual shoulder-shrug much like Mixon playing for Oklahoma this year.

There is a rumor on twitter that Kevin Lempa may leave his job at Hawaii to become an analyst at Michigan for Don Brown. To the best of my knowledge, he wasn't fired by Hawaii

Lincoln Riley is taking over in Soonerville for the recently "retired" Stoops.

Supposedly, he don't have serious health issues but his dad had a heart attack on the job and he doesn't need the money. It's not like there weren't any scandals why he was there.

I'll blame it on the wireless keyboard. It should have read "doesn't" but I feel like a functional idiot right now.

Reading comprehension, work on it.

In fairness, as TRE (rhymes with grammar nazi) pointed out, I sounded like a drunk North Carolinian in that post.

my comment was aimed at the "don't" in "he don't have serious health issues" and the "why" in "there weren't any scandals why he was there"

these are both redneck things the people of tobaccoroad would say in addition to "wandering" why someone quit but saying they "seen" enough reason for him to leave

this story is absolutely hilarious

"Yahoo Sports inquired last week with Freeze and Bjork about a call at 8:34 p.m. on Jan. 21, 2016, to a Detroit number that is linked via various websites to a Florida-based escort service. Freeze told Yahoo last Friday that the call had been brought to Ole Miss administrators’ attention by former coach Houston Nutt’s attorney, Thomas Mars, and that they had questioned him about it. Freeze told Yahoo he had no idea why the call was on his phone records."

Only in the SEC would grounds for termination be an extramarital affair, but grounds for a raise is the NCAA bringing charges for lack of institutional control.

Why is it always the guys who love to quote the scriptures and the jesus who are serial philanderers?

I wish I was there when Houston Nutt heard about the phone records. He musta been doing cartwheels.

Sanford, Venables, Riley, Fleck, Satterfield, Aranda

If ATL is correct... the Mike Sanford dream could be a reality... just a couple of years later.
