Eaglekeeper {l Wrote}:BC is run on the cheap and has been for decades. They have spent next to nothing on facilities and salaries. If not for their location they would not belong in a big 5 conference. It's a real shame because Boston has really become a great city and with better facilities (new bball arena) the recruiting would improve dramatically. Leahy and the BOT are completely in over their heads when it comes to big time athletics.
cremins {l Wrote}:does anyone know if clifford and hicks were given red shirt years? or when we find out? thanks
Brooklyneagle {l Wrote}:So, does that mean Clifford has two more years of eligibility?
RedBaron67 {l Wrote}:Brooklyneagle {l Wrote}:So, does that mean Clifford has two more years of eligibility?
I believe so, but I seriously question whether he's going to use both years unless his medical redshirt has produced major improvement in his physical condition.

Unfortunately, we've heard that song before; besides which, the potential gap between Caudill's personal best and adequate physical condition is still substantial. If Caudill becomes an effective contributor, it will be an even bigger surprise than Clifford becoming fully healthy again.

Let's pursue this a bit.
Your contention is because you:
1. Dispute that Emerson is well-coached? or
2. Dispute that Billy Curley played here when BC hoops meant something? or
3. Fear that we can't beat Emerson?
You being the sage who determines other people's intelligence, please enlighten us.
