They should just cover the whole place in acid and let it sink into the earth.

Any man inside that stadium for their first game should have his balls cut off.

People are so pissed off about PSU circling the wagons and taking on an us vs them mentality. If they are going to survive as a viable football program, the fans and students need to do this, as the staff and school, kiss ass and do mea culpas. If you were an 18yo kid at BC you would probably have the same feelings. Imagine if BC got put on probation because the team Chaplin was a kid toucher.

Penn State fans emphasized football for decades. Because of that emphasis on football, they treated Joe Paterno as a deity. Because they treated Joe Paterno as a deity, the football program became more important than turning in a child molester.

So, when Penn State fans now see this as an "us vs the world" mentality, they react by emphasizing football even more.

It wasn't just football. A professor molested someone as well and the president did absolutely nothing about that either. When you have a pervert for a president, your school is going to suck pretty bad.

Was doing some deep thinking last night on the best home game to carry on our tradition of riding the pony with Joe Pa?

Miami: The problem with this game is it could be a 95 degree Sept afternoon, the heat might make the stench unbearable

Maine: Parents weekend, way too many people that don't have an idea of our tradition

Clemson: I think this might be the game. Perfect late September afternoon, our friends will definitely join in the fun celebrating the life of a man who belongs in a special ring of hell

Maryland: :81 thought they might be going to the B10/11/12 they are TRADERS!

ND: Already occupied with the recruit that got drunk on spring break

VT: Rivalry game too much at stake.

So there we have it, CONFIRMED EO EVENT! Riding the pony with Joe Pa against Clemson on Sept 29th!
Frank Spaziani will lead us to the Orange Bowl within the next three years - :pickle 11/11/10

“We stress trophies at BC. We talk a lot about them. That’s your legacy." - York 3/17/12

I accused them of this on their board, and their counterargument is that Joe Paterno did not enjoy the God-like status we accuse him of holding as evidenced by:
1) The fact that he was fired.
2) The fact that Paterno was opposed to participating in The Big Ten Network, but it happened anyway.
3) The fact that Paterno did not like the proposed location of the new baseball stadium, but they built it there anyway.

I didn't bother responding.
I werry about BC sports.

The sanctions against Penn State has caused a famous Penn State grad to become very distraught.
