It is the only time it has happened in Spaz's 3 years coaching at BC.
In nearly 75% of the games under Spaz against BCS teams, BC has scored less than 21 points. It happened 27% of the time under Jags.

Was that the game when Montel ran for like 300 yards?

laid down that day. As someone who was there and sat very close to the field, let me tell you that the 30+ points were not a function of Spaz' coaching acumen.

Agreeance that NCState team quit very early.
I went to that game (solo because nobody else wanted to go) and it was probably the worst game day atmospheres I have ever witnessed inside Alumni. Herzy came out pregame to "whip up" the crowd and it was one of the saddest things I have ever seen. There were 15 students in the student section (I counted) and no more than 1,000 in the stadium. The team was 4-2 going into that game but we got prison raped the week before at VTech. It was also a 12:00 start.

The good news is that there are slightly fewer than 930 days until BC takes the field under a new head coach, in the fall of 2014.
survives the impending disaster that's going to be 2012 BC Football.

There will be a new coach Fall of 2013. There's absolutely zero chancesurvives the impending disaster that's going to be 2012 BC Football.

Losing the school's all-time leading rusher, 1st team all-american linebacker, and starting over with a brand new offensive coordinator is a very difficult position to be in, especially with the lack of senior leadership on this team. Despite all these obstacles, Coach Spaziani has this team on track to once again be competitive in 2013.

The guy is #1 on every "Hot Seat" list in the country. No chance he survives the 2012

Every hot seat list except the one maintained by Gene DeFilippo, who considers him the best coach in the last 15 years. I hope he goes at the end of this year, but if he somehow manages even 4 wins (a speculative proposition), I bet he's back. If he manages more, God help us.
finding another 2 or 3 wins from? Oh and getting crushed by Notre Dame and VT at home at the end of the season will be the final nail.

I thought that was the 3:30 game on ABC against NCST where Montel went nuts?
Anyone who watched the Maryland game this past year could tell BC's great running game had nothing to do with good coaching. We could've put Javorski in and he would have had 150+ yards with the way Maryland laid down.
couldn't stop the famed "bazooka"

He was in that same position as of mid-September... and he survived another year. As long as GDF is the AD, no one can be certain of anything happening or not happening.

Which is hilarious because Montel never handed the damn ball off to the WR. He just simply ran it everytime andstill couldn't stop it.

Well Rich Gunnell was probably responsible for 100 of those yards alone.
