If he's graduating and can transfer anywhere and play right away since it'll be his 5th year, he doesn't need BC for anything. But I can't imagine BC putting out this story unless they knew Montel wouldn't call a press conference and destroy them. Yukon-ESPN gaffe withstanding, I think if there's one thing GDF is good at, it's CYA.

A comedy of errors and gaffes - that's your tenure at BC. You make me embarrassed to be a BC alum on a weekly basis, and I'm far from alone. Your inbox right now surely speaks to that. Even if Montel Harris "repeatedly" violated team rules (which no one believes), to publicly announce it in the fashion that the Athletic Department did is appalling, especially because there is no prior history of such transgressions. The day both you and your miserable excuse for a head coach are gone from BC will be the best day in BC history, regardless of your laughable, self-promoting Hall of Fame induction. As always, we are BC, you are not.

The Flynn Fund essentially lives and dies with donors who give in the last month of their fiscal year. With May 31st as the deadline, today's events could not have come at a worst time. As of last week, they were a little behind, but generally in the ballpark of last year (but that was their worst year since pre-DBS). This kills them. It should also be noted that in spite of the kickass schedule, season tickets are at a much slower pace than last year.

We are to believe that it's all Montel's fault - he stopped going to practices and workouts and knocked a girl up. We are also to accept that this is an appropriate thing for the athletic director to share. But of course, I'm sure Montel is the first BC athlete to get someone pregnant while in school.

I'm so fed up with Gene and Spaz that i'm skipping my annual donation. I have literally received about 15-20 calls from BC over the past month. I know the number so I just ignore it.

Fired off a 74 esque tweet to Gene, I have zero desire to renew tickets
