Yes. They're undefeated, let us revel in it while we can.
Let's try to get this thread to 18 pages, then.
Darryl, Darryl.

Teddy, your thoughts on Ramon Ramirez? I know he pitched in Boston
I was shocked he was thrown into the Pagan-Torres deal, he's got a pretty live arm

My brother (who doesn't hate me) and I were talking at Citi on Saturday that this team has a chance to be very likeable. Granted, no one is too likeable when they're 20 under in August but the composition of the team is the type of team people gravitate towards.

DavidGordonsFoot wrote:Agree completely, especially with the being 20 back in August part. And we've seen the Mets field a lineup of unheralded players many times before (Remember those 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon games that followed a Friday night game during the Art Howe era?) But it's different and refreshing when you're starting a bunch of no-names when it's part of the plan instead of doing it out of necessity because all your overpaid washed up stars with attitude problems are injured or won't play an afternoon game after a night game.
It was encouraging that Nieuwenhuis knocked one out last night. If he emerges into a legit power threat and Ike returns to pre-injury form, the lineup will be as good as anyone's in the division (save Philly when they have Utley and Howard).
Does Francisco have a temper? I didn't know that about him.

As for Francisco, it was 8 years ago but he threw a chair into the stands: http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=1881073 and maybe it's the looks but he reminds me of Armando.
