I haven't followed it either. On the radio I heard he got off on a technicality cuz MLB screwed up the chain-of-custody with his urine sample. If true, I expect everyone else who has failed the test has already contacted their attorney.

His sample was in some dude's basement in Wisconsin over a weekend instead of in a Fedex truck. As much as I want to believe Braun, this stinks like Sex Panther.

MLB fucked this up, and their feigned outrage right now is to save face. That said, Braun's legacy is (and should be) tarnished, because it's a technicality...in so much that anyone is tarnished by this type of thing anymore.

There's a rumor that Braun, A-Rod, Granderson, and Cano will all be receiving suspensions for PEDs. I've never heard of the site that posted it but apparently it's the same source that predicted Melky Cabrera's suspension last season.
