I'll add LaSpada now. I'm a fan of his surprised I forgot him. The coaching data should be up in about an hour or so.

Duxbury wide receiver merits national honor
Posted by Danny Ventura at 12:07 pm
Boston Herald All-Scholastic wide receiver Don Webber of Duxbury was named to the U.S. Air Force Junior All-American team. The 5-foot-11, 180-pounder caught a school-record 53 passes for 921 yards and 10 touchdowns in leading the Dragons to a 13-0 season and a Division 2A Super Bowl title. Here is a quote from Duxbury head coach David Maimaron:”The Duxbury High football program is very proud of Don’s selection to this All-American team. He is a captain-elect for the 2011 team and is expected to be recruited nationally. He is also very strong in the classroom, taking several AP classes while maintaining a 3.56 GPA.

Don Bosco is crazy loaded next year. 21 players have been invited and accepted invites to the 2012 Army All American Game, 3 of them are from Bosco.

I've seen him play multiple times and he is special. He runs a 4.4 40 and is very strong for his size. He consistently dominated every corner that covered him and he broke every receiving record at Duxbury. Duxbury's coach is very good and BC's Aaron Kramer and backup Iowa linebacker Shane Dibona have both come out of Duxbury in the last three years. His stats next year will be astonishing in their spread offense. He has a legit QB, amazing defense to get him on the field, and no other real receiving targets.

Here's an update on another potential WR prospect:

http://insider.espn.go.com/ncf/blog?name=pool_chris&id=6007673

Jordan Westerkamp (Lombard, Ill./Montini Catholic), one of the top junior receiver prospects in the Midwest, received his first scholarship offer from Illinois and now several others are starting to follow suit.

"Illinois, Northwestern, Indiana and Bowling Green have all offered," Westerkamp said. "I have had Purdue, Bowling Green, Boston College, Iowa, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Miami, Ohio and others come to school. I'm also getting a lot of mail from Nebraska, Arizona, Oklahoma, Alabama, Auburn, Connecticut and many others."

Westerkamp doesn't have a favorite at this point, but plans on visiting a number of schools starting with Iowa on Jan. 16. Other schools he plans on visiting include Wisconsin, Boston College and Notre Dame, among others.

Lot of Midwest and Mid-Atlantic names out there for a staff that is only recruiting New England...

Can we have this color coded as well? I'm particularly keen to know which of these gentlemen is white and which are not.

IMHO the black/white joke has played itself out and should be handed a "do not resuscitate " tag

Can we have this color coded as well? I'm particularly keen to know which of these gentlemen is white and which are not.

IMHO the black/white joke has played itself out and should be handed a "do not resuscitate " tag

Why are you excluding the potential Asian recruits???

When someone offers such ridiculous innuendo, there is no statute of limitations in my opinion. Such foolishness should be exposed as often and for as long as possible in the vain hope that it will shame the person responsible into thinking twice before offering up more such trash.

BTW didn't mention this but BC is doing pretty well early on in 2012 recruiting. Couple of really good early leans. We really need to hit Bosco hard. Hafley and now Gary Nova at RU means alot of pull that they won't be easy gets.

Thanks, that's good to hear. Do you have any idea if BC is going to pick up any early commits/anyone looking to make an early decision? I know we didn't have anyone until April last year - hopefully we can get one or two earlier this year. Also, any idea on the class size - I think 16-17 has been thrown around.

I understand how you feel, those not plugged in to events that happened months ago, don't get your joke - and read it literally, and come to different conclusions. (and I don't like your excluding Samoans)

They're closer to Australians or New Zealanders if you're doing it by geography.

IDK about early decisions all depends on who gets offered. A guy like Jason Sylva would commit on the spot. I'd say class is anywhere from 15-18. As for the early leans here's a couple of guys:
Casey Cochran
Thomas Militello
Win Homer
Canaan Severin
Colin Thompson
Mike Strizak
Jason Sylva
Tim Joy

Were in pretty good shape for some other guys too.
