Scary game - we played very 'meh' for most of the game. Somehow pulled it off in overtime.

Glad UNH only got 1 point. The team's destiny is in their hands. Regular season title is within reach.

35-32 -- BC has to sweep 2 for regular season title.

BC splits, whatever.

HE Tourney --

BC wins the best of 3 Round 1== Wins the semi-final versus say Maine == they win the HE Tournament, they may get a 1 seed.

Either way after the HE Tournament, BC needs to win 4 and get some seeding luck, puck bounce luck and hopefully stay away from Miami, Denver until the Frozen Four finale.

BC has beaten Miami 3 in a row and I do not want them playing a team hell bent on revenge.

Never thought I would become an NU fan, but we need them to take care of business for us in Durham tonight. Historically Durham is a difficult place for us to play, so even if we go into next weekend within 1 point Friday will be tough. I see us at the very least in the HE Championship game, I’m guess against Maine or UNH. The only teams that concern me are Denver, Miami and maybe you can throw Wisconsin in that. Depending on the regional seeds BC, DU, Miami and a wildcard could be on the way to Detroit.

Great win last night.

UMass played an excellent game and we were able to get 2 points out of it.

Several reasons for going for HE none of which are life or death:
1) It's a trophy. This is a young team and York talked about the importance of this young team winning their first trophy (Beanpot)
2) HE reseeds. Granted 4-9 is a complete log jam but say the 7 upsets the 2. That means we'll get to play the 7 in the semis.

Looks like we really have a goalie controversy on our hands -will post my thoughts about that tonight.

I tried to buy tickets and there are some available, but I heard they are very VERY close to selling out. If I were you I'd secure them now. If you're on the fence, go. It's a cool place to watch a game, and you really can't get any bigger stakes in the regular season. The team really appreciates it when our fans make it to other venues.
