4-3 win over Merrimack. We played our backup goalie, and he let in the first 3 of 6 goals, settled down and kept them off the board after the 1st period.
My favorite part of the night: the costume contest after the 1st period. A guy dressed up as Luigi won. The ironing was delicious.
I liked what I saw - we looked fast today. Though I realize it was against Merrimack - they did beat Vermont, so I'm looking forward to this years' production from our freshmen.

In my mind, the costume contest was a complete and utter failure. How do you decide to capitalize on Halloween on a college campus with a costume contest.... and only select guys to particpate?

Bad loss tonight. Conceeded 5 straight after getting a 1-0 lead. That sucks.
