BU / Maine / Merrimack

Big weekend as BC continues to climb back up the PWR, now upto 20. BC is 2-6 against teams in top 20 of the PWR and 10-1-2 against the bottom 39 (lol UConn). Unbeaten in last 7 since the 1-0 loss to Providence the night of the Cuse game.

Should be at full strength for the first time since Santini got hurt back against UMass the 4th game of the season, interested to see who is going to sit.

Is NESN going to be blocked from cable TV Friday night? Do I need Direct TV to watch it? Are you going to replace Wang?

No dereliction of duty clause in his contract?

Just keep rolling.

No matter how BC & BU have been since the place opened, York has dominated at Agganis 11-3-1

Best game for Noah by a mile, interesting he was paired w McCoshen opposed to Santini as Santini gets back in the groove.
Don't look now but the powerplay has looked good since the new year, 6/22 (27%).
Demko is playing the best he has at BC
Also kudos to the 4th line, they consistently pinned BU deep

great shot by the heights

They looked as good as they've looked all year. Our 4tht line is actually a pretty good shut down line this year, as opposed to in name only like last year.

Any word on what happened with Cango?

Jumped up to 16 in the PWR.

Not sure on Cangelosi, have to chuckle at the fact that we had a full lineup for the first time in what 3 months and it only took 20 minutes for that to end. At time our first line was Destry-Fitz-Spiro. Interesting.

Assume it'll be Linell if Cangelosi can't go.

Agreed about Sunday being a trap game. After looking like BU & UML were going to run away w it, looks like it'll be a race to the finish.

So a sneaky big game this evening (on NESN) after dropping Sunday's game.

Also a curveball apparently Cangelosi sitting wasn't for injury reasons last game, interesting. He's certainly been struggling. We'll see what the lineup looks like tonight

I take it you didn't get the thank you letter from Matheson for your contributions to the Flynn Fund?

you have to remember that most of the big talkers around this place don't give bc a thin dime so they would have no avenue to receive an email from mattheson.

that said, his gingerness was so smug in that email. ugh, it made me want to cancel my subscription

powerplay has been much better in the new year, especially the tuch, sanford, gilmour, mccoshen, noah unit.

13 shots by MC through 2 periods, pretty impressive.

Not after Rinaldo got done with him a couple days ago. I think this one was actually Matheson.

And TRE with the whammy.

Eh, it worked here, but TRE leveraging his $500 Flynn Fund donation to tell people to shut up about everything has pretty much run its course.
