Well, one way to make sure he doesn't let in a softy is to never let the other team get a shot. 14 minutes into the first and Denver has yet to put a shot on goal--I believe BC has 12 shots.

As Ty, said there have been gentler prison rapes. There was a time in the 2nd where it was 6-0 and shots something like 25-7. Just went into tedwardo :bored

mode in the 3rd.

Johnny is simply ridiculous, sometime in the second after Johnny banked the puck in the DU goalie looked completely shellshocked, the old 1000 yard stare

For as shitty as Matheson played last weekend, this was much better.

Crowd was pretty good little tame, usual for NCAA events. Lowell fans didn't show up till later.

Mark Messier was there, apparently he scouts for Edmonton as was Kreider fresh off surgery.

Looks like it'll be UML, haven't allowed a goal in 10 periods. Edit just as I said that they allow a goal up 2-0 w 10 seconds to go

NoDak/Ferris heading to 2nd OT, ND down 2-1 in the 2nd

Yup. I worry about the dumb penalties being a problem against better teams. Thought the game was well called though. Why can't we have ecac refs all the time?
