Both games on TV, Friday night on the B10/11/12/14 network and Sunday afternoon on Fox Sports Minnesota (or something, you get it in Boston).

Another great test for a young team.

Sounds like York is sticking with the same lineup from Friday night & the rotation of goalies Demko Friday & Billet Saturday.

BC got worked last year out there 8-1. Just looking at hte D from last year in that game the turnover is crazy, Matheson is the only one from that plays regularly this season. Other 5 were: Doherty (though I think he should be playing), Wey, Sullivan, Jeke, & McMullen.

Yes, I still don't get Linnell over Doherty.

Some marked improvement on the road would be nice, but I'm excited for another B10 program to meet the new boss - the same as the old boss.

Definitely going to tune in tonight to catch the Eagles. Excited to see the freshman for the first time this year.

I am also headed to Boston for next weekend's football/hockey weekend (Heights on Friday, Mathews on Saturday).

It's like BC forgets how to play hockey at that rink

Michael SIt pulls a Gionta! Two goals in about 10 seconds. This has all the hallmarks of an early 80s-style 10-9 game.

Great for sit.
Suck it Minnesota message board fan boys.

Demko needs to control his rebounds better.

I watched the 3rd period and OT. We were lucky to get the tie.

Lucky in the sense that our defenseman bailed us out with a great save at the edge of the goal line. With that said, we had a couple of really good chances ourselves and Minnie's goalie made a ridiculous kick save. Ben Clymer was also saying that Minnesota's D was ridiculously gassed by the OT due to BC's speed and relentless pressure. Bottom line is a freshman-laden team went to Minnie and "beat" the #1 team in the country on their ridiculous, Great Lake sized rink.

Not good at all

Safe to say Demko is ahead of Billett after 5 games

I wasn't able to watch this one. Was Billett bad, or no D in front of him, like what happened often last year?

Combo of both, neither were particularly good.

If Linell is going to play D (which I'm not going to :thehjs cause it's clearly a lost cause), they need to break up him pairing with MacLeod.

Doherty should be playing on D, Linell should sit or play forward while another forward sits. I see mistakes that a natural D does not make and he looks shaky out there.

Billet had his chance last year when Parker Milner was struggling and he did not last long. Demko should be the #1 goalie.

I have tickets to both games this weekend, my classmate in high school is a NU grad and going with me on Saturday at Mathews Arena. Let's see if NU has made improvements from last year.
