I hated to miss Sunday's game but I was at the Patriots game and yes, I did see the last play as some fans had already left thinking the game was over.

Hoping to see another good game by these young Eagles.

Impressive turnarund after Thursday night's game.

York completely changed up the lines:

Gaudreau - Arnold- Gilmour
Fitzgerald-Hayes- Cangelosi
Smith- Brown- Calnan
Straight-Sit-Silk
Macleod- Linell
Savage-Santini
McCoshen-Matheson
Demko

Have a feeling we're going to see a ton of shuffling over the first month.

Don't get Linell on the blue line at all especially considering Doherty was the one who sat. I'd play Linell at F and sit Straight over the current lineup.

Another great test for a young team.

Also nice that they'll finally be able to have York night.

I agree, I'd rather see Doherty play than sit. Move Linell up to forward and let one of the forwards sit.

MMMM...I question Billet over Demko. My guess is it's early and JY wants to see how Brian responds against top notch competition, but I'd go with Demko for the best chance to win. Any chance CAG doesn't shout me down on that one?

I'll get his attention. I'd go with Demko too, but I don't care as long as it is not Muse.

I'd sit Straight over Sit, personally. Don't get why Linell is on the blue line, but I supposed I do have a few less wins than JY does, so... :shrug

I have heard about train rapes that were gentler than what Coach Champion and the boys did to Sconnie tonight. Total dominance.

Maybe Jerry doesn't need my advice.

Ms. BCMurt09 and I left Connecticut at 4 yesterday to go to the game... 4 1/2 hours later we thankfully made it to the game for the third (would have been a spectacular waste of sixty dollars otherwise).

From our seats you could tell both teams were playing a very, very physical game, but Wisconsin just looked stunned at that point. Even the Miss commented "They just look so much worse." I think this is a much better Wisconsin team than we saw last night but they just looked shell shocked. I saw Simonelli's face a few times and you could tell he looked like he just couldn't believe what was happening.

BC kept it on until the end though, the game was certainly in hand but they kept driving and playing hard.

The difference in speed & depth between this year and last year is absurd. Thus far the FR class has been living up to the hype.

BC obviously isn't that much better than Wisconsin but it looked like they had no clue how to deal with our speed. Transitivity doesn't count but will be interesting to see how Wisconsin comes out against BU tonight. RPI beat BU last night 3-1 after BC killed them 7-2 last Sunday.

Cangelosi is as advertised. 35-11 in shots after 2? Matheson & McCoshen each +6? Jesus

1 gripe = stop bringing the puck out from behind your own net.

Next weekend another big test with 2 at Minnesota, both are on TV. I assume they'll split between Billet & Demko.

Edit: Surpassed SHG (with a goalie in the net) total from last year with Brown's goal. The only SHG last year was Arnold at BU on a 6 on 4.

The speed was incredible. Can any of them play WR?

I left at 4 as well (from central CT) for what is usually a 1-3/4 hour drive, got there as the puck dropped. Could not believe the traffic.

Wisconsin is 2-18-4. One of the worst teams in all of college hockey. Very odd.
