Looking forward to the banner raising. Blauds said Bates is going down to Atlanta but Bates said he'd be at Conte...

As a heads up Saturday is sold out. IIRC UMass has had a free video stream in the past, and I assume Friday's game will be on 98.5

Gave up and listened to it on 98.5. Couldn't get the video for free.

Two games in a row now where we haven't had solid possessions. Very few second looks at the net, not holding the zone. Doubt these lines stay like this.

OT we go, extremely slow start for BC

Fell behind 3-0, woke up late in 2nd but went to the locker room down 3-0. Early Arnold goal 3-1, Destry Straight 5 minutes later. Almost instantly after that UMass goes up 4-2 on a shot through the point that Milner never saw. Mullane gets the backdoor feed from Alber, 4-3 w 3 to go. Mullane ties it up w 2:00 to go. BC outshot UMass 16-5 in 3rd

The 9.95/month isn't really worth it. The 14.95/month one IS, if you watch most of the games. BC's website as well as probably 3/4 of our opponents' websites all use the CBS All-Access feeds and the $14.95 option gives you access to everyone's videos. Not that bad of a deal really, when you figure you'll be seeing probably a bare minimum of 4 or so of the games per month on that site.

UMass and Vermont don't even have a contender with them for worst fans in the conference. It's embarrassing.

The overrated chant brought me much joy once we won the game. Oops. I was also a fan of the radio announcer talking like UMass already had the game in the bag late in the 2nd/early in the 3rd.

Solid game

Hayes with the first, he's really coming along (always takes bigger players longer, now healthy, no family issues, etc)
Gaudreau with a breakaway for the 2nd, deked and tucked it 5 hole
Whitney with a rip from the point on the powerplay

Milner made some big saves to keep us in it but overall NU didn't provide much pressure

Bates was there :dildodog

Never had an issue with Vermont....I'd put Northeastern up there, although from what I've heard most of the idiots only show up when they play us or BU (same is probably true with UMass)

Is BC still running 4 or 5 forwards on the PP? I imagine they're a little short in that sense due to the loss of Dumoulin and Cross.
