Don't know a whole lot about Alaska but know some about No Dak & Yale, will comment later.

There is a lot of talk about local channels buying out ESPN360's feed of the game since so many have been relegated to the interwebs.

That might hurt attendance, as people would stay home and watch, but it would be good as most people dont have 360. Hopefully we can get a good student crowd, I remember in 2008 the section was loud, but no that big. The price tag scares people away, but it was so worth it to see us beat Miami that year.

If anyone wants to drive up from NJ I can be persuaded to go, just no gay stuff on the way up.

I was really hoping that some regional sports channel picks up our game, but it seems NESN already has the Bruins/Flames game.

Unfortunately we are not playing a midwest team as their local Fox Sports Regional channels show college hockey throughout the year and would definitely pick it up and thus it would be on the dish. I foresee CN8 in Boston picking up the BC game which leaves many people out of luck since I doubt there is a Fox Sports Alaska.

Why does BC subsidize student tickets to bowl games but we have to pay the same price as the general public for postseason hockey?

$85? Is this a joke? Our SEASON TICKET PACKAGE was $96.

one game seat - behind goal, $46.75 + fee for delivery or printing. Say $49.

Frig that. Will this game be on TV in the Boston area?

Since it is early in the afternoon on saturday (prior to the tournament starting back up again)....I bet you could convince one of the bars who has historically streamed BC football on espn360.

Anyone who lives in Boston should get off their ass and get to the game.

Agreed......there was a bus idea mentioned on EA.....not sure if many people from the boston area would be interested, not a bad idea considering that if a group is willing to pay a portion we could bring a bus load or two of fans/students......I agree with salzano $85 is kinda steep for students

I was fully planning on going. Then I realized it was Saturday, and I had prior and legit plans. Very pissed I can't be there.

If people could email either:
1) :pickle at gene.d@bc.edu
2) Head of Tickets Jim O'Neill at oneilljk@bc.edu

About the absurd ticket prices for students it would be greatly appreciated from all.

I don't disagree with that. However, I'm unconvinced by those who think BC should subsidize it. I do agree that BC should organize a bus ($5 or $10 /pp certainly would cover it) to make it more accessible it for the students. That sounds like a no-brainer.

I'll be there Sunday if they advance against the Polar Kamakaze Squad. An all day financial endeavour that was scheduled in December takes precedence. I know, I suck at life. I guess I shouldn't mention I made it to the Garden Friday but not Saturday. Oops.

I'll be in Worcester drinking watching hockey both days. Ditto on only making it to the Garden on Friday.
