At 6'10 265, it's amazing that Southern's best qualities are his shooting and his passing. He's essentially a 6'10 point guard who can't dribble, run, or jump.

Reggie is completely confounding, a Jekyll & Hyde.

IMO, Reg will be a complete bust in the NBA on any team other than a non-playoff team. He simply withers in the face of even marginally aggressive defense. Plus, his inconsistent play, and the earlier dust-up with the Don, leaves me with the impression that he can be uncoachable if he feels slighted (I.e., if his ass isn't being kissed).

Frankly, I hope he leaves. Just pull off the bandaid. Let the frosh into the fire next year so they can really gel.

In any case, it looks like this is how it ends for Southern, Raji, Trap, and Biko. All of these guys have had some very good moments, and some bad ones, although the proportions vary. Thank you seniors for all the times you've played hard and tried to represent your school. It's a shame you all had such an undignified ending to your college careers, losing to this shitty Northwestern team in a half-empty Conte forum.

I am utterly bamboozled and confounded by the bizzarro-world nonsense I am watching on TV right now. (1) Pounding the ball into Josh Southern in the paint as the primary offense? (2) Joe Trapani getting utterly abused like a redheaded stepchild on the defensive end by a guy that shoots like a girl? (3) Moton seemingly unable to make a basic perimeter pass without a turnover?

I am less annoyed by this than I am perplexed.
