welcome to the NIT fellas, outclassed, out hustled, out shot, out coached and we lost to a
better team. team speed just absolutely kills us. they look like they have 7 guys out there
against us on defense, its amazing to watch. i will say it was a good season, two terrible
losses no great wins late but a scrappy team. looking forward to seeing what the fresh
and humprey can do next year and heres hoping reggie stays one year. thanks to the seniors
but i really wont miss them. all good guys not great players though

We won't win an NIT game. These guys just don't care enough.

I remember being so excited about the Southern/Sanders recruits and thinking about how exciting the 4 years would be. well...its been a nightmare.

The program is in desperate need of a roster turnover, and thank goodness its finally coming.

I still think they have a shot at the play in 11 or a 12 seed. I don't think that ugly loss totally undoes the 45 RPI and 36 SOS. 2 years ago we all expected to get somewhere in the 9-11 seed range and we were a 7. Just need some help from tourney chalk and Sparty to die quickly.

I know that for some of what happens Sunday night in the selection process, it can be "subjective."

We do not have a class of 2013, due to an illness in the Skinner family.

amazingly enough, Lunardi only bumped us down to "Last 4 out". Which means if a healthy combination of Mich St, VT, and USC lose, then we'd still be breathing.

I don't know how things may change with the increased field (64-68), but 15 seeds are typically reserved for auto qualifiers from very weak conferences, like the MEAC.

I'm not much on betting. I'm just curious as to why you feel this way. Is there some "rule" that I am not aware of that mathematically prevents BC from being a very low NCAA seed?
