I didn't expect them to win. I did expect them to show up at the arena, which is all they really needed to do to get in the tourney. By becoming a no show, they are done.

There is plenty of talent to win games like this. As I have said all season, like when I predicted 20 wins.

I'm guessing the 12 in goeagles12 is your age. Any older than that and you should realize that with the notable exception of King Jerry York's program, this is the way of BC sports. And prior to 2001, this was the way of all Massachusetts sports.

I predicted 18 wins in the season prediction thread. They had 19. (Got the 20th in the tourney), so we were both off by one and we had about the same expectations. But I didn't think 18 or 19 regular season wins would be enough to get them into the tourney and it probably won't be.

EDIT - I actually got the number of losses right, I just didn't realize they would get three games in the Thanksgiving tourney.
