Josh Southern would great D on his first possession.

Looking forward to the Don making this idiot from UNC look bad.

Josh Southern should never have his hands on the ball on the offensive end.

I dont think he should try and score but you have to have some sort of inside-out game.

The entire offense runs through the 5. No choice.

The key to this game is guys other than Trapani and Jackson and Paris knocking down a few of these wide open shots. Early, Rubin and Raji hit open ones, and Elmore had one, but other than the main three, most of the team is too tentative.

Elmore kills me. He should so much better than he is at basketball.

This is not good. UNC shooting the lights out, and 3/4 of the BC roster is scared to shoot. They need to scratch and claw to not let this get out of hand here. Sooner or later UNC will cool down, but if BC keeps playing no semblance of offense or defense, it will come after they are down 30.

It is too bad too, because they should beat this pretty bad UNC team.

Not to be OJ-esque, but Southern is perhaps the worst big man in college hoops.

I get a kick out of the announcers blaming shitty entry passes on the recipient.

Trapani is AWESOME at tipping defensive rebounds to the other team.

This is what happens when you bring a Yale effort against a Division I opponent. The Mysterious Disappearance of Reggie Jackson is going to win mystery story of the year.

Least of this team's problems right now. But after the first 16 minutes, yeah, can't dispute that.

Guy blatantly takes 3-4 steps and they give him a 3-point play. Meanwhile, UNC is over the back on EVERY rebound.

Have to give props to Trapani. He's the only one that realized that BC had a game tonight.

Get some fucking heart, grow a sack, and play some goddamn defense. Defense is literally 90% effort and I see nothing. Giving up 100 points at home would be the ultimate shitshow.

I'm not much of a basketball talkin' guy but I was thinking the same thing on the over the backs...particularly the Zeller one which he then put right back up for a bucket

Well I will say this, I will look forward to the Don's players coming in, because then maybe somebody will be able to make a pass that doesn't get deflected, is too low, too high, off target ...

This offense is only good when you can make a wide open pass to a wide open cutter without getting him trapped under the hoop, turning an easy 2 points into a three on the other end. Because they can't pass, the whole offense becomes chucking bad threes.

I don't even need to mention the absolute absence of any effort whatsoever on defense. Christ, this is horrible basketball tonight.

The athleticism gap in this game is pretty staggering.

Given our season-long defensive shittiness, it's not terribly surprising that NC is getting whatever they want on offense. But what the fuck is going on with Reggie the last couple weeks? We aren't nearly good enough to compete in the ACC if he's putting up 10 a game.

They are actually playing defense on him and making other guys shoot. That said, he is still very passive.

We will see what adjustments the Don has here. UNC is not that good, and is hotter than they can remain for an entire game, and they are still in striking distance. Plus Carolina has a bumbling idiot in their locker room, so they won't adjust anything. If the team (other than Trapani) finally shows up and the Don takes Reggie off of the ball in the offense, they could still get this.

I think somebody posted that he works at Lower now. Don should have somebody go grab him. Give him Dunn's jersey. It's not like he's using it for anything.
