Some of you crack me up. January 1: BC beats South Carolina, team is declared significantly improved, the dark days of Skinner's reign of lazy terror are finally behind us! January 5: BC loses to Harvard, team is declared awful, all hopes of NCAA tournament dashed forever.

Didn't our last tourney team have losses to St. Louis, Harvard, and Maine? Of course they had to balance that out with wins over Duke and UNC, but I'm just sayin'.

What's abundantly clear is that none of us have a beat as to what's going on here.

I don't think they're awful, I just can't imagine how they make the tourney with 2 losses to Ivy teams. The only common denominator in these last 3 losses is Tommy Amaker and our gutless players, which do you think is to blame? I personally don't blame Skinner or Donahue for this or previous pathetic efforts. They just think they're better than the Crimson and don't have to try, and that's how you get beat.
