I don't generally like Lunardi, but he made a noteworthy mention of BC in his New Year's Thoughts:

20. I dare you to name the second-best team in the ACC. Go ahead, I'll wait.

21. Bonus points if you said Boston College. Throw out an early loss to Yale, and the Eagles have overachieved markedly under new coach Steve Donahue. BC already won its ACC opener at Maryland and should take a 3-0 conference record to Miami on Jan. 15.

I don't mind Lunardi -- but I think he's drinking the Kool-Aid. I'm holding my breath until I see more ACC play.

Me too, but i think he is right to say that outside of Duke we have had arguably the most impressive non conference because most of the ACC has been shitting their pants.
