Yale's RPI is in the 60's or so. As that falls so will ours.

Not at this point in the season. Many teams play a lot of shit teams. BC has been playing the bottom third of power conferences. Although they have no really big opponents yet, in nine games they have played:

Wisconsin
Indiana
California
Texas A&M
UMass
Providence

In their last 6 games. A lot of those teams have inflated records, especially UMass and Providence. Thats makes a pretty good schedule this early.

This game was actually on TV for a lot of the country. It was the best game on at the time slot. I definitely think we'll get some votes. The one factor at play is that I'm pretty certain ballots have to be in by Sunday night; therefore, some voters will have already submitted their ballots before the BC game ended.

yeah that might pose a problem, but some might be holding off for the florida state game to end. At least those in ACC country.

Ever since the Yale debacle, this team just seems more focused. I'm still nervous though against one of these awful teams we'll shoot horrible and lose.

I watched it on the interweb...it was awful.

You also have to note that the Yale loss was withpout Rubin in the line and basically without Southern, who was playing in his first game and only got a couple of minutes. Both players have been productive. Southern in the paint and on the boards and Rubin is consistently a 2-4 outing from 3 at worst, so I'm not expecting a wtf to Bucknell /bryant/ harvard.

Don't look past Bucknell either...they've got 6 losses, but have played a really strong schedule, and nobody has embarrassed them yet. If BC isn't careful, that could be a trap game. They're usually good for a minimum of 3rd place in the Patriot League.

If the past couple of years have taught us anything about BC basketball, It's that the team should take EVERY opponent seriously. Fortunately, Donahue seems to have the knack for keeping them focused.
