So...the blueprint for success is to buy a pro sports franchise, wait 15 years, during that time be one of the losingest franchises in the league, and then sell it for 4x what you paid. Pretty nice.

The Warriors have been so hideously mismanaged that people forget they're in a major TV market and have terrific fans. All you need is a competent owner and GM and that team is a cash cow. Sounds like they're on the right track...
