Shit, I didn't know he was reffing. It's bullshit that they assign clowns like him to important games like this. The NBA, where getting ripped off happens.

I was in there in 1977 when Lasorda, Russell and Lopes came in after Game 1 at 1AM.
They came to see BV. Russell was a gentleman. Bought all Yankee fans beers.
I talked with Lasorda at the first interleague Game in History for about 30 minutes when he sat near my seats. He was simply gracious, kind and everyone shook his hand and said hello.
Simply a true wonderful gentleman.
I was there the night BV got into it with Stamford cops about the hookers...it was hysterical...he was screaming and we left and found out he was in trouble afterwards. BV was right, he had enough, and I wish I stayed and I heard it was almost a fight with the girls.
He also had small BV place in Norwalk next to my condo in 1986-1989 and I was sick one day and it was him and me eating at 11 AM and he had some great stories. He brought me out some free soup since I looked like death.
Took bad he broke his leg playing.

Unfortunately for the Suns to win it all means a game 7 in LA. It will be tough to win an elimination game there, and I'm sure the officiating crew will make it even harder.

Alvin Gentry may not be the smartest person, but he's coached the hell out of this team. They've overachieved like crazy to get to this point, and beating the teams they've beaten with only one real big man (he has two now, but Lopez was out for a long time) is a sign that he knows how to overcome personnel limitations and exploit mismatches.
