When was the last time that BC was as shitty as Cornell was 10 years ago?

10-11 years ago? We were really bad in 98-99 and 99-00.
screagle {l Wrote}:this year was worse than al's first year. donahue can stand on the bc sideline and point in the wrong direction all season and still do better than 2009-2010.

pick6pedro {l Wrote}:74 - the Ivy League doesn't have a conference tourney. How'd he pick up that tourney championship?

I hit the 1. I am sorry.
I just drove the Hattori Sword into my liver.
Hai. Karimundo.
Long Live the Emperor.

Cool, now put in an "** 0/0 **".
Just kidding. But don't remove the sword.

I know. That's why I asked.
I would hope so. 96 teams will be in the NCAA's next year.commavegarage {l Wrote}:I actually think Donahue has this team in the NCAA's next year.

commavegarage {l Wrote}:Just to clarify (it came up in another thread):
I don't think Donahue's record against power conference teams should be or were used against him. He wasn't expected to win those games. They should only be looked at as positives. The game in Kansas, even though they lost, was an incredible effort.
I think he is a good choice and hope everybody gives him a fair look. the one thing so many of us wanted was to see all Al Skinner remnants taken out of Conte and they were. So lets see what happens.

OK, I appreciate you clarifying. For the record, his team this season was 3-4 against BCS and 4-0 against the A-10. Of the 4 losses to BCS programs - 3 were to #1 seeds (Kansas, Cuse, Kentucky - the other was Seton Hall)! Craziness.

Yup. Those late 90s teams were getting destroyed in Conte by the likes of Fairfield.
