Would anybody? IMO that would be a disaster. There isn't a point to firing Al if you are going to bring in someone who was under him and keep 1/2 of the joke that we call our current staff.

Yes.
I believe that either one of these guys will do what the previous 4 staffs have done and bring BC to the tournie multiple times and with the added bonus of being great ambassadors for the school and the program.

not saying any of these candidate will fail. but what happened to GDF's "national search for an Izzo-like leader of a basketball program", and "we will pay what we have to pay" for the right coach? These statements do not jive with a Coen or Cooley hire.

Poster on EagleAction is claiming to have received info that BC will have a new coach by next tuesday or wednesday and that if not for the final four that it would be done this weekend. FWIW.
