I'm not a fan of Shaughnessy, but the UK argument is bullshit. Sure, the Ivy League is representative of elitism and privilege, but you cannot succeed as a student-athlete at that level without putting in an incredible amount of work in the classroom and the gym. None of this was handed to them and they are undoubtedly an underdog regardless of the opportunities that they have.

On a side note, UK fans lose their right to complain about ANYTHING after selling their souls to bring in Calipari. There's about a 1% chance that if they win tonight it will actually mean anything because, in a couple of years, none of these wins will count.
