Reggie is definitely an emotional leader and will emerge as the team leader as time goes on. He'll replace Tyrese in that sense by the time he graduates.

Al just doesn't get that setting screens beyond the FT line don't matter at all when the front 2 guys on the press are always going to stay down around the inbounder for whoever comes off those screens. Mind-numbing.
