Read that article and know this Coach fits his team players into the system which best suits their talents and not a girls basketball outdated flex system that the BC Players have to fit into or sit no matter what their skill sets or no matter what Alsleep recruits???????

This is why I have been on Asleep's ass for 4 or more years!!!

You have a ton of small quick up tempo players, the flex is not the system. Not even remotely close.

You have 3 or 4 huge bangers down below who can box out, rebound and defend and interior pass and have 15-20 fouls to give, along with your frontcourt that can play perimeter defense, then yes the flex will work, or any system.
