VT -5.5 seems too low, but I think they're as wildly inconsistent as BC is.

Truly horrifying we extended Grant through 28-29.

This is the best I’ve seen VT look this year, but it is partially because Earl doesn’t have them ready tonight. Disappointing. Whether they come back and win or not, they have a concerning issue with disregarding the first half. It’s bullshit

There is literally nothing in his coaching background that justified that type of extension but he will certainly be given the time to build the roster/program as he wants it to be.

Devin mcglockton is the most consistent player on the team. Meanwhile Zackery and Harris are either a plus starter or a net negative on any given night

Literal exact replica of the Syracuse game, 9pm sleepwalk special where they wake up in the second half and “fight back valiantly” only to come back short but be applauded by the commentators for their comeback effort

JZ/Harris were 8 for 24 with a handful of turnovers.

That’s probably the season right there as far as the ncaa tournament goes. Nobody cares how hard it is to win in the ACC. “Fighting hard” and “sticking around” in tough ACC games is getting old. Some teams figure out how to win these. Maybe not sleepwalking the first 15 minutes would help. That Georgia tech win was harmful, it told them it’s possible to win if you take the first half 15 minutes off. This program is not worth a whole paragraph

Just checking in to see if Zachery played well, I have been told he's a very good player.

The guards in total shot 8 for 30 last night and it’s not like they played all world defense. Not beating anyone when that happens.

Best thing they can do between now and Saturday is try to fix Zackary and Harris.
