We really don't learn much from these games. It's a totally different ballgame once we start playing power conference opponents. I do think though Earl Grant appears to be a better talent evaluator than our past two coaches.

Fairfield is a tournament team that was a very good win. Still ragged in spots but I’d expect that

eh there are enough p5 teams that are dropping these games + we've had the scars of hartford, bryant etc. that these deserve a hip hip hooray

We have certainly learned in the past from these games that the team sucked and was not worth watching.

I still think we struggle for wins in ACC but all aspects look improved compared to under JC.
