The young hires are fine and are the types we need. What's missing is the development/x&o/been around the block type. Paulsen would be great. I would even take Pat Duquette in that role too.

Molinari is as allergic to passing and ball movement as Grant's COC teams. So very hopeful that Markwood is in charge of the offense, and all the other coaches focus on defense. It's going to be a long build for BC. Making it watchable will help keep the hope alive in the 8-15 win tunnel for however long it lasts.

I liked the idea of Paulsen based upon what I heard about him from people who are friends with him from his days at Bucknell. Then again, I have friends who swear that Jimmy Mac is a super guy.

Don’t know much about Molinari other than he is a response to folks that thought it important that Grant had a staffer who was experienced at the upper levels of Power 5. He certainly has “been around the block” more than Paulsen or Duquette.

This transfer we got from Drexel is a decent pickup, if you're looking for a wing without 3 or D. At least he learned decent ball movement at Drexel. You could do a lot worse on the transfer market. Earl needs to get to work on his defense though.

that is a practical car for a guy that will be driving to work during the boston winters

i'm guessing he also has a hybrid all wheel drive that allows him to get to the heights by rocking down to electric avenue
