JCs buyout is minimal which is all the crazier.
Probably doesn't make sense to get a new coach until the facility is built.

Agree so much with this. With very few exceptions, going 3 (or 4) guard heavy is the litmus test for a shitty coach with inferior talent being scared that younger big men will get lost in space without the ball/foul trouble and just throw another "playmaker" on the court to save bad possessions/lack of scheme. Tired of watching people like Jordan Chatman "playing" the 3 so that he can occassionally save a bad offensive possession of swinging the ball around the perimeter with a 3 and zero pick and roll, etc. And watch us get inevitably dominated physically.
The only scenario where BC is a fun watch this year is one where Derryck Thornton and Jarius Hamilton play to their pre-college hype, basically - not Chris Herren and Jared Hamilton playing in the corners for 30 minutes a night.
