I drink my fair share, and the month older than me that he is looks like 30 years.

Having watched quite a bit of URI games this year, he is a good Xs and Os guy and has a good feel for the game. I really could care less whether he yells and curses and I think the fact that Millenials get butt hurt when a coach chews them out is another reason to hate them.
Honestly, the best coaches I ever had were the angry task master types. Fear is a tremendous motivator and it has been my experience that games are easier when practices are brutal. The few “player’s coaches” I have played for fielded teams that were not as good in the crunch and I think it was because they were never taken to the dark place where you figure out how much pressure you can take.
