I went to the game and was shocked at how many students were in attendance. Then I read on another site that they were given free tickets. If that's true, pretty surprising that cost of tickets is a significant factor for student attendance.

Didn't they do something stupid years ago where they stopped making purchasing student tickets as part of tuition an option or something?

why - were they singing about how awesome beeker was? that would be embarrassing because only a moron would think that beeker was a good coach or good decision at any point of his boston college tenure

That is what I am thinking. Win 20 and they should be in. I only hedged my bets a bit on that one given that we both remember a certain ACC team winning 22 games and NOT making the tournament.
