Jarmond wants to build a BB-only facility. Simply... when the ice is down in Conte there is no place for BB players to practice as Power Gym is a multifuctional space for a number of different programs. This forces players into the Plex. This is in the speculative phase (haven't even identified a potential location yet), but will likely be the next build/project that the Athletic Dept will focus on.

Know this about Jarmond... he knows where the revenues are generated and the money sports will wind up getting the majority of his focus and support. Essentially, he is a believer in a trickle-down economic system for athletics as the more money is invested in FB/BB/Hockey (in that order), the more revenue they produce... which then means more economic support for the 28 other non-revenue sports.
