Unfortunately I think we lose this one by double digits.

This looks like the same awful brand of basketball I’ve seen for years.

Also, when did Jerome Robinson get this bad

Texas Tech is pretty good, but BC looks awful. I don’t know what’s going on with Robinson in particular. Bad shot selection and very sloppy with the ball.

Is the game televised?

WatchESPN app (ESPN3), which can be cast onto your TV if you have a device like Chromecast, Roku, etc.

What was Avery Wilson doing in the last 20 seconds on the defensive and offensive ends of the floor? That wasn't pretty.

Has Wilson played basketball before this year?

That’s an ugly 5 point swing

To have played this poorly and still be in the game is something that would never have happened in the past few years

We've got a shot here if we can stay out of foul trouble and rebound better

Agree with the above on Wilson - he was clueless out there. Gave up a 3 then a bad pass for a TO. Unfortunately they really need to stick to a 7-man rotation if they want to win games against good teams.

Compare this game to K-State last year - down by 20 in the blink of an eye. The fact they are hanging around despite not playing well is very promising.

Dare I say this could be a resume-builder for Selection Sunday?

When Bowman and Robinson play like this BC has little chance to beat anyone. Absolutely terrible on both ends of the floor

Mitchell should start over Chatman.

If they played this way last year we'd be down by 20+ not single digits

I think Bowman’s defense has improved a ton.

Robinson is still terrible at defense.

Offensive rebounds just killing them

That pass attempt by Bowman was one of the worst plays of the game at a critical time when we could have tied the game.

It doesn’t help that JC is getting coaches circled around him here by the TT Coach

Christian has definitely upgraded the talent, but he is an absolutely terrible coach

The team itself played okay today.

The coaching staff had a rough go of it

He’s been atrocious today they would’ve won this game with a real basketball coach

I’d like to see a lot less of Chatman going forward. Unlike last year there are better players sitting behind him

To have that many turnovers and give up so many offensive rebounds, it's amazing that we ended up as close as we did.

We looked much better defensively when we went to the zone late. Seems like we should have gone to that sooner

Despite losing, after watching this I think this is the best BC team since Skinner left. Hawkins is very good. I don’t know what’s happened with Robinson, at times he plays very well but other times it looks almost as he doesn’t care with bad shots and sloppy passes. Overall though we are a much improved team and can hang with the best.

Chris Beard for Texas Tech coached a good game.

When watching Hawkins I was thinking boy will he be good in a couple of years. DOH! A lot of turnovers, looked out of place on D a few times and missed a layup.

Team is significantly more talented than in the past but still sloppy sloppy play and missed a lot of open looks. They shoot free throws like they are launching grenades. :ace

I thought the play of Popovic was the most encouraging thing today. But the athleticism from Texas Tech was sobering. A different level.
