Stan Heath was a disaster. Biko Paris is a pretty obvious choice. Loves coaching, loves BC.

We are firing the staff in 6-months. So, I would not want Biko or Louis to leave stability to deal with this pending disaster. That said, they could serve a bridge between the two staffs (though I assume there isn't anyone who will be returning next year we care about losing).

Wouldn't Spinelli be a big loss? My understanding is he is the only guy pulling recruits for us.

He'd be a bad loss. The guy Jc brought over also does a good job. The #2 position has been a bit of a mess
