It's legit. I received the following email from BC Ticket Office when I asked them if it was a real offer.

Thanks for the note, the email and link you reference are legit and are not a scam. Boston college is hosting the 2017 east regional and as a benefit to our alumni and season ticket members we are offering the presale through the NCAA. The link should take you to a website run by veritix. This is the legit seller for the NCAA championship events.

One note on the ticket is that you will not be assigned an actually seat location at the time of checkout.

Feel free to email with any additional questions, I'll try to answer as quickly as possible. I will have an account manager follow up on Tuesday as well.
