starting on tuesday also sucks and takes some of the magic out. it was fun when you had a thursday or friday start so you could ease your way into the weekend.

It remains mind boggling to me that we have a game in Brooklyn this afternoon.

I live in NYC and am a die-hard BC sports fan. I have received MAYBE one e-mail from the athletic department about this game (and it was before game times were even announced). Only the small circle of similarly die-hard fans know the game is even taking place. The remainder of my BC friends don't have the slightest clue we are playing in NYC today.

This department could not remotely be any more incompetent.

i think dook will win by more than 6.5, but i can never NEVER bet on dook because, regardless of the dollars on the line, i can't help but root against those asshats. and grayson allen can trip on your wife's dick after she elbows him to the chin

i get the local flair from the wife for wake and i will always root for the team that beats us as it feels like some sort of admittance that we aren't the only sucky team to lose to them. danny manning scares me because he can make a bunch of smart decisions and then throw them all away on match-ups or personnel changes that even someone like me that hates sports wouldn't make

I like UNC to win this thing. But it wouldn't shock me if the bi-polar play of Duke allowed them to roll through the tournament if they played in their mania stage.

Depending how the committee looks at UVa and Miami, the ACC may be looking at 6 or even 7 teams playing in March Madness. Probably 6, which is nice.
