The dead ball turnovers aren't a big deal.

The open bricks are a major problem when you're playing UNC

i'd also take a jeffers type every year. can never have enough 6-10 guys who can rebound. hopefully we'll get to the point where we don't need to give one 25+ min a night

It's hard to criticize the team in an effort like this but just some of the sloppy and stupid is tough to watch. You get disappointed even though you know you shouldn't be.

All of this is pretty spot on

For next year this team needs:

1. Another guard that can actually play in the ACC. Jordan Chatman shouldn't be on an ACC roster, he pretty much has no useful skills. It really needs to be someone who can handle the ball as well.
2. An upgrade over Turner on the wing. Turner is fine for 20 minutes off the bench, but shouldn't be a starter on a team trying to make the NCAAT. Whether it's being timid or it's just not there, he's not an asset out there.
3. An athletic PF that can rebound. Doesn't need to have any semblance of a post game.
4. Development of Reyes at the 5. Kid needs to be able to give them 10-15 minutes behind Popovic.
5. To never play zone. Never ever ever

Sagay can't play the 4 in the ACC, not sure when that ever became a thing.

on 2, that's what i started to think yesterday as well. yeah his a/t ratio is great but last 3 games in avg of 31 minutes: 5 points, 2 assists, 2 rebounds.
