the bigger issue i have with the al firing was the salting of the fields with rumors of lazy basically ending the man's career. true or not, that's not something gdf and vinny should have done
With respect to the former, given that there was a bunch of seniors here and what we thought was a decent incoming class of three, he earned the right for one more shot, unlike douchey whistler who didn't earn shit.
Bob Ryan is the worst offender on the lazy rumors. I agree here.
