Here is something that this team hasn't probably done in the last four years

So, how many ACC wins this coming season?
BC once attracted stars like Abrams, Adams, Agbai, Austin, Bagley, Barros, Bell, Curley, Driscoll, Dudley, Eisley, Evans, Huckaby, Jackson, McCready, Murphy, O'Brien, Rice, Smith, Williams, et al.

Those days are gone.

And who is responsible for that?

Odio is only player of the Donahue era who showed any strength/conditioning improvement at all. I wouldn't be shocked if strength training was not even mandatory, because if it was the results were shockingly bad.

BB has one dominant challenge.

As water does, BC hoops must seek its own level.

Conceding that we will never be an ACC significance with the way our school is now run, BB must first get us opponents with whom we can eventually settle in a conference in which we can be competitive.

So, here's a schedule that would serve that essential purpose.

Colby
St. Anselm
Coe College
Reed College
Spring Hill
Champlain
St. Joseph of Maine
Rockhurst
Manhattanville
Mt. Ida
Lemoyne
Franklin Pierce
Vassar

BC is run on the cheap and has been for decades. They have spent next to nothing on facilities and salaries. If not for their location they would not belong in a big 5 conference. It's a real shame because Boston has really become a great city and with better facilities (new bball arena) the recruiting would improve dramatically. Leahy and the BOT are completely in over their heads when it comes to big time athletics.

Yes, Clifford and Hicks were both medical redshirts this past season. Whether it will do any good in Clifford's case remains to be seen.

I believe so, but I seriously question whether he's going to use both years unless his medical redshirt has produced major improvement in his physical condition.

Unfortunately, we've heard that song before; besides which, the potential gap between Caudill's personal best and adequate physical condition is still substantial. If Caudill becomes an effective contributor, it will be an even bigger surprise than Clifford becoming fully healthy again.

If we want to play a well coached team led by a guy who played here when BC hoops meant something, maybe we can persuade Billy Curley to bring his Emerson College squad out to Conte.

Let's pursue this a bit.

Your contention is because you:

1. Dispute that Emerson is well-coached? or
2. Dispute that Billy Curley played here when BC hoops meant something? or
3. Fear that we can't beat Emerson?

You being the sage who determines other people's intelligence, please enlighten us.

Replace "stupid" with "tiresome." You've acquired the wearying consistency of a dripping faucet. I'm not sure whether you delight in irritating others, or just have a desperate need to vent your spleen.
