Run the Grinnell Offense?

"The Pioneers run a rather interesting offense. According to Yahoo! Sports' Jay Hart, Grinnell focuses on taking the first open shot, shooting as many three-pointers as possible and letting the opponents score uncontested layups to set up quick transition plays on offense."
An offense that purposefully relies on no defense....Maybe this is what our strategy is? We just haven't formalized it as an announced game plan yet..........
